We are looking for a MarTech Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. Our team is always seeking innovative ways to leverage technology—such as AI chatbots, marketing automation, and personalization tools—to improve the digital customer experience, drive growth, and deliver tailored interactions. As the MarTech Specialist, you will act as the product owner of our marketing technology stack (Shopify, PIM, marketing automation, AI chatbot, and more). You will be responsible for ensuring these tools are optimized, integrated, and continuously improved to support business objectives and enhance customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities

Act as product owner for the marketing technology stack, driving enhancements and improvements.

Manage projects involving internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver new digital experiences using the stack.

Ensure data and content are accurate, consistent, and up-to-date across platforms (e.g., in the PIM).

Monitor performance, identify gaps, and recommend optimizations for tools and processes.

Collaborate with IT, and external web agencies to ensure seamless integration of technologies.

Stay current with emerging MarTech trends and propose innovative solutions to improve customer experience and marketing efficiency.

Support training and adoption of marketing technologies across the organization.
Profile

Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies (marketing automation, e-commerce, PIM, chatbots).

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.

Familiarity with CMS management.

Experience with API integrations or development knowledge is an asset.

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Curious, innovative, and eager to explore new technologies.

Bilingual (French/English), spoken and written.
