Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Technical Writer to join our team in the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, creativity, and excellent communication skills to create engaging and user-friendly content across various platforms. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality documentation, tutorials, and marketing materials, simplifying software usage and telecom concepts for a diverse audience.

Main Responsibilities:

Content Development:

Create, edit, and maintain technical documents such as user manuals, API guides, technical specifications, and FAQs.
Collaborate on the creation of engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns, showcasing the company's expertise and innovations.
Work with technical teams to gather information and translate complex concepts into clear and concise content for users.
Stay informed about emerging technologies, trends, and industry standards to ensure timely and efficient content delivery.
Participate in assessments to plan product releases and client readiness.
Be curious about leveraging AI tools for content generation.


Content Management:

Use modern content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, GitHub) to organize and maintain content repositories.
Implement search best practices to improve the visibility and reach of digital content.
Quality Assurance:

Ensure all written materials are accurate, consistent with the company's tone and style, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Perform regular updates to existing content to reflect changes in products, services, or industry standards.


Qualifications:

Degree in Communications, Technical Writing, Software, or a related field. Over 5 years of technical writing experience, preferably in the technology industry.
Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., MS Word, Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare) and multimedia editing software.
Solid understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Agile development processes.
