Job summary:

The PCBA Technician ensures to train and being trained in the product or process you are working with.  In addition, the PCBA Technician prioritizes the work for assembly process. Semi-finished and finished boards to test and repair.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Prioritizes the finishing, testing and repair area workload to meet delivery dates.
  • Be able to detect short circuits or errors after SMT process and before Testing.
  • Maintains press-fit, test equipment and fixtures.
  • Other duties related to the finishing, inventory, testing and repair may be deemed necessary.

 

 

What we are looking for:

Technical skills

General knowledge of electronics fundamentals.

Related knowledge of IPC-A-610 standard.

Related knowledge of electronics boards level and systems level testing tactics.

Experience with different electronics components encapsulation is familiar with test equipment. 

 

Required aptitudes

You must have excellent soldering skills to make repairs on finished and semi-finalized boards. Analytical ability to PCBA’s troubleshooting. You must have the ability to be a work team player and be able to perform specific tasks, have a positive attitude, are organized and be versatile and proactive.

 

 

 

Must have:

Pertinent experience:

Having at least two years of experience in an electronics production environment is preferred.

 

Language requirements:

Able to communicate in English is preferred (read, write and speak) Desirable.

 

Education:

High school graduates or above.

 

 

Any other combination of experience/studies will be considered.
