Job summary

As a member of the Production Engineering Department you will be responsible to perform troubleshooting on PCBAs, Semi-finished goods, finished goods, equipment or test station setup and maintenance, work together with engineers for problem solving and training operators may need.

What you’ll do

  • Troubleshoot and repair the failures PCBAs, semi-finished goods and finished goods
  • Equipment and test station setup and maintenance
  • Work together with engineers on problem solving and training of production technician/assemblers
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the quality of semi-finished or finished assemblies
  • On-site Problem solving and production support
  • Take part in environmental aspects control in the company
  • Other duties may be deemed necessary

 

What we’re looking for

Technical skills

  • Familiar with DMM, digital oscilloscope, can understand electronic schematic
  • Good hand solder skill, Familiar with IPC-A-610 standard


 

Required aptitudes

Good team spirit, initiative, positive attitude, organized, sense of quality
 

Must have

Pertinent experience:

3 years of experience in an optoelectronic product manufacturing environment specifically in electronic circuit troubleshooting and production support would be a plus
 

Language requirements:

Technical English

 

Education:

Technical school or above in electronics or equivalent would be preferred
 

Any other combination of experience/studies will be considered.
