Job summary

As a member of Production Engineering Department, you will be responsible for project transfers and activity in the Queretaro Plant.  Need to coordinate and communicate with planner, buyers, process engineer, production etc. to ensure that a successful project transfer.

 

What you’ll do

  • Collaboration with corporate and other teams to ensure all transfer and production to achieve target
  • Communicate with foreign team of project issues and share information, summarize report
  • Keep a NPI and new product tracker/report for issues and observation summarization during assembly
  • Coordinate with production, engineering for other problems and follow status until closing
  • Provide feedback for new PCB and new product production
  • Coordinate with engineering to investigate, research and analyze challenging unique problems and tracking
  • Participate in new technologies and processes implementation in production with Mexico team
  • Hold meetings to review status and problems tracking
  • Other duties may be deemed necessary

 

 

 

 

 

What we’re looking for

Technical skills

• Very good knowledge and expertise of operation of SMT line, electronics products production

           
 

 

Required aptitudes

Balances priorities, organized, good team spirit, initiative, positive attitude, good MS office skills, organized, strong sense of quality, and detail oriented.
 


 

Must have

Pertinent experience:

Prefer having 5 years work experience in electronics products engineering field and 3 years of project management experience, familiar with PCB production would be a plus.

 


 

Language requirements:


Fluent in Spanish and English with listening, reading, writing, oral is must
 


 

Education:

Bachelor degree or equivalent in electronics, mechanics or optics would be preferred
 


 

 

 

Any other combination of experience/studies will be considered.
