Job summary:

The Surface Mount Technology (SMT) systems operator is a multi-talented person capable of operating automated production machines

What you’ll do:

  • Operate automated production equipment such as Dek solder paste printer, Panasonic MSR chip shooter, Panasonic BM-231 flex placer, Heller reflow oven, Automated Optical Inspection system, or other machines where needed.
  • Operate stencil cleaner
  • Load machine feeders with components
  • Participate with inventory cycle counting
  • Ensure that the machines are being correctly and safely operated at all times
  • Other production duties as deemed necessary

 

Lo que harás:
• Opere equipos de producción automatizados, como la impresora de pasta de soldadura Dek, el disparador de chips Panasonic MSR, el placer flexible Panasonic BM-231, el horno de reflujo Heller, el sistema de inspección óptica automatizada u otras máquinas donde sea necesario.
• Operar limpiador de plantilla

What we’re looking for:

Technical skills

  • Knowledge of Electronic components.
  • Having good soldering skills, able to read assembly drawings, and to correctly use hand tools in electronic products
  • Knowledge of basic computer skill
  • Knowledge of SAP is an asset.

 

Required aptitudes

Having an ability to work with minimal supervision, positive attitude, and be versatile.

• Tener buenas habilidades de soldadura, poder leer dibujos de ensamblaje y usar correctamente herramientas manuales en productos electrónicos
• Conocimientos básicos de informática.
• El conocimiento de SAP es un activo.

Must have:

Pertinent experience:

Having 1-3 years of experience in an electronic production environment is preferred

 

Language requirements:

Able to communicate in Spanish (read, write and speak)

 

Education:

High school graduates or above.
