Ensure compliance with the foreign trade provisions applicable to the operations of plant

Ensure that all traffic operations are executed in compliance with the requirements of time, form, and cost.

Ensure compliance with foreign trade legislation applicable to 3 operations (imports, exports, virtual operations, IMMEX, annex 24, annex 31, reports to the different authorities, requirements of the trade authority, home visits, etc.).

Monitor and manage the correct application of the IMMEX development program including the control of temporarily imported goods, the monitoring of compliance of suppliers related to the program (raw material suppliers with IMMEX program, destruction suppliers), etc.

Preparation of files to carry out customs clearance Management of quotes for international freight dealing with customs agents for conflict resolution Interpretation of incoterms

Ensure the delivery of goods in a timely manner (Import / Export)

Follow-up in the delivery of finished product to the customer

Ensure the correct import and export of goods on behalf of the company

Dealing with Transport lines and operators on a continuous basis

Tracking of urgent parts (export / import)

Education and experience

  • Degree at international trade
  • + 3 years of experience as traffic and customs specialist.
  • Bilingual English - Spanish
