Key Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Regional Marketing Manager EMEA
Know your markets, your buyers, your competition, your sales cycle
Be the Marketing Go-to person for all requests coming from the EMEA Sales teams
Get a goodunderstanding of EXFO’s products and solutions and adapt positioning and messaging regionally to differentiate EXFO in the market
Receive, qualify, filter and respond to all ad-hoc Marketing requests from the region, including direct Sales and partners
Equip and train the sales organization as well as distribution partners with content and tools that support the sales process across the buyer’s journey
Support regional events in coordination with Marketing Managers and Events team
Work hand-in-hand with digital marketing experts, events planners, corporate communication and public relations team, as well as EXFO’s internal marketing agency (writers, designers) to deliver creative regional campaigns and collaterals
Work hand-in-hand with regional Marketing Manager to track the performance of your campaigns to optimize mix, content and tactics and ensure objectives are met or exceeded
Share insights and results with Marketing, Sales and Products to inform strategy and iterate
REQUIREMENTS
Good knowledge of the Marketing mix
Able to handle marketing requests for support, collaterals creation, event management with autonomy and initiative
Creative capabilities for handling requests and leveraging AI-tools to boost efficiency and relevancy

Can-do attitude and go-getter profile, team player, ability to suggest innovative and creative solutions and to implement them
Data literacy, analytical skills with the ability to think and execute both strategically and creatively
Good written & oral communication skills

Academic
Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing
Work experience: Minimum of 2 years in a B2B Marketing role, experience in Telco/IP/Tech industry a plus
Linguistic Requirements: Fluent English. Another European language a plus.
