Account Manager

The key objective of this role is to build best customer relationships to Deutsche Telekom (DTAG) in the area of Fiber Networks, OSS and Service Assurance by ensuring that EXFO is perceived as a technology leader and that our solutions (end-to-end) provide added value by being a trusted advisor to key decision makers in the customer organization. At senior levels drive sales by providing extensive experience and knowledge both on business and technical matters directly in discussions with customers at a C- and SVP-Level (both DT and BuyIn). Accountable for customer centric, TCO optimized offerings of EXFO Solutions.
You bring the following knowledge and experience:
- Knowledge and experience working with large and multi-national telecommunication operators
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales
- University degree Business or Engineering, Master´s degree would be advantageous or equivalent working experience
- Depth Portfolio expertise in Fiber, OSS and Service Assurance
- Existing contact network to Deutsche Telekom and BuyIn stakeholders
- Experience with customer relationships and demonstration of seniority to be a trusted and communicative partner for the customer
- Excellent skills in value argumentation for EXFO solutions from technical and business perspective
- Ability to influence at an executive/senior level
- Profound knowledge of the industry due to former experience in working outside EXFO
- Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
