Role 

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be at the heart of the action. Working closely with managers, you will help them anticipate their needs, define tailored solutions, and implement the most effective sourcing strategies. You will also play an active role in the evolution of our talent acquisition practice, both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support managers in understanding their hiring needs and contribute to the development of sourcing plans. 

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviews, and communication through to hire. 

  • Represent EXFO at relevant events (career fairs, conferences, university or professional activities) to enhance our visibility and strengthen relationships with talent communities. 

  • Contribute to the onboarding of new employees by ensuring a smooth and successful transition. 

  • Leverage data and AI tools to enrich research and provide informed recommendations. 

  • Participate in workforce planning discussions by sharing insights on market data, location, and talent trends. 

  • Share best practices and collaborate with the team to strengthen collective expertise. 

  • Test and suggest new tools and methods to improve recruitment processes and promote impactful practices. 

  • Take part in cross-functional projects and the ongoing evolution of talent acquisition technology. 

 

Profile 

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition. 

  • Bilingual (French and English). 

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. 

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven. 

  • Comfortable using collaborative tools and AI solutions. 

  • University degree in a related field.
